1Will I get notified once I place an order?
Once you make the payment and confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email or phone number.
2How do I know the status of my order?
For registered users:
You can view the status of the order by CLICKING on “MY ORDERS”
Status of Order:
- NEW - Your order has been received and is being processed.
- DISPATCHED - Your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can visit the Courier partners website to get latest update on the shipment.
- COMPLETE - This is an estimate that you have received your package and order has been marked as complete by us. You can contact us immediately in case you have not received the item
3Can I track my order?
Yes. At the point in time when our warehouse team will dispatch your parcel, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to the courier tracking service.
4Can I change the address once I have received the confirmation email?
Address changes can be made before the order has been dispatched. To make the changes, please fill the form
5Is in-store pickup available for items I purchase online?
At the moment we are just an online store.
6What if I made a mistake and want to change my order?
ou can make amendments to your order provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel/change an order please fill the form
7Do you send products to overseas addresses?
No. At the present time, we cannot send items outside of India.
8What if I have not received any tracking details for my product. What do I do?
We normally send the order tracking details along with the invoice details on your registered email ID once the order is shipped. If you haven't received your order tracking details even after 24hrs, please fill the form.
9What if my order is confirmed but has not yet been dispatched/delivered?
If you have received your confirmation email/notification and the order has not reached you within 10 working days, then please click on this form
and our team will process your query.
10How many coupons work for one order?
At any given time, only one valid coupon works during checkout. 2 or more coupons cannot be combined.
