ORDERS

1 Will I get notified once I place an order?
Once you make the payment and confirm your order, you will receive a confirmation to your registered email or phone number.
2 How do I know the status of my order?
For registered users: You can view the status of the order by CLICKING on “MY ORDERS” 

Status of Order:

  1. NEW - Your order has been received and is being processed.
  2. DISPATCHED - Your order has been dispatched. You will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can visit the Courier partners website to get latest update on the shipment.
  3. COMPLETE - This is an estimate that you have received your package and order has been marked as complete by us. You can contact us immediately in case you have not received the item

3 Can I track my order?
Yes. At the point in time when our warehouse team will dispatch your parcel, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number and a link to the courier tracking service.
4 Can I change the address once I have received the confirmation email?
Address changes can be made before the order has been dispatched. To make the changes, please fill the form
5 Is in-store pickup available for items I purchase online?
At the moment we are just an online store. 
6 What if I made a mistake and want to change my order?
You can make amendments to your order provided the order has not yet been shipped. To cancel/change an order please fill the form. Also keep the following information handy: Name, Address, Email ID, Mobile Number, & Order Number.
7 Do you send products to overseas addresses?
No. At the present time, we cannot send items outside of India. 
8 What if I have not received any tracking details for my product. What do I do?
We normally send the order tracking details along with the invoice details on your registered email ID once the order is shipped. If you haven't received your order tracking details even after 24hrs, please fill the form.
9 What if my order is confirmed but has not yet been dispatched/delivered?
If you have received your confirmation email/notification and the order has not reached you within 10 working days, then please click on this form and our team will process your query.
10 How many coupons work for one order?
At any given time, only one valid coupon works during checkout. 2 or more coupons cannot be combined.

SHIPPING

1 What is the estimated delivery time in India?
Our estimated delivery time is anywhere between 2 - 10 working days.
2 What if my pincode is not serviceable?
We strive to deliver our products to most pin codes through our logistic partners. However, certain pin codes may not be serviceable. Please reach out to us by clicking here.
3 What are the shipping charges for deliveries within India?
We charge a flat rate for all our orders within India. All shipping charges are displayed at checkout. 

RETURN/REFUND

1 How do I get a refund once I have returned my product?
We will complete any refunds within 7 days of receiving the returned product(s).
2 If I return an item, will I get reimbursed for shipping/postal costs?
The refunds amount will be the total amount paid minus the shipping cost. 
3 How much time does the refund take?
All refunds will be processed once the products have been returned. It may take 5 -7 working days for the refund to be processed.
4 When will my return get picked up?
Once the return has been approved, we will notify our logistics partner for pick up. It may take 3-10 working days depending on the pincode.
5 How do I return my order?
First you need to write to us with the order number, photographic proof of the issue with the order. Once the return is accepted, make sure the product is in original condition with brand/manufacturer box, MRP tag and all accessories therein intact without any damages.

1 What are my payment options?
You can pay through credit card/debit card, netbanking, UPI & COD
2 What should I do if my payment fails?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing addresses and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery option at checkout. Please write to us if you face other issues by filling this form.
3Is it possible to make the payment for my COD order with a credit/debit card?
Our delivery associate may or may not have the card reader during delivery, so it is advisable to have cash in hand, but you can always check with the associate before making your payment. 

COVID-19 Terms & Conditions


  • As per government regulations, we are now shipping both essential and non-essential items to all the zones (except containment zones) throughout India.
  • To ensure social distancing we will be only accepting prepaid orders. Cash on delivery option is temporarily suspended
  • We make sure all the products and packages are cleaned and sanitized to ensure safe delivery. We provide no contact delivery.
  • To avoid the spread of coronavirus, we will temporarily not be accepting any returns. However, you can be assured that the products will be of good quality and will be delivered with the utmost care.
  • With the existing restrictions, the delivery time may vary depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
