Pricing and Payment

  • The prices of all products on our site are in Indian rupees only. Prices, products and services may change at the discretion of the Website Provider.
  • The Site uses third party payment gateway for processing payments for all orders. Your use of the payment gateway will be subject to you adhering to the terms and conditions of use prescribed by the payment processing provider(s). You acknowledge and understand that the payment gateway services made available through the Site are owned, controlled and provided by the payment processing provider(s) and hence, the Website Provider does not warrant and in no way will be liable for the timeliness of such services and the handover of payments through such services.
  • We shall not be liable in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any transaction made by the customer.

Delivery and shipping

With more customers choosing to have products delivered to their doorstep, the way the company handles shipping needs to be clear and concise and here is ours:

  • All our products are shipped using trusted and reputed third party logistic service like Fedex, Bluedart, Ecom express and many more.
  • We thrive to delivery all orders within 2 -10 days of receipt of the order. The number of days are directly dependent on the shipping method used at checkout and the Pincode. However, there may be irregularities in delivery time due to external factors that is beyond our control.
  • The process for bulk orders differs for each customer based on their requirement. For details regarding timeline for bulk delivery, please contact info@letusrevive.com
  • Shipping charges are applicable for all orders and varies depending on the type of shipping used at checkout.

Cancellation/ returns/ replacement/ refund in case of all products ordered through www.letusrevive.com (“Site”) will be governed by this policy (“Policy”);

Cancellation

  1. Registered Customers can check, modify, cancel orders from their account under 'My Orders'
  2. An order can only be cancelled within 24 hours from the time the order has been placed or before the order has been shipped, whichever is earlier.
  3. Once the order has been shipped from the warehouse and a confirmation email is sent to Customer’s registered E-mail ID, the order cannot be cancelled by the Customer.
  4. Company reserve the right to cancel an order without prior notice in one or more of the following circumstances, at any point in time:
  5. If the shipping address falls outside the delivery zone offered by the Company; or
  6. Customer cannot be reached by phone/ E-mail to confirm the order booking; or
  7. If the information/ direction/ authorization from the Customer is deficient to effect successful delivery; or
  8. In case of non-availability of stocks at any point in time.
  9. Upon Cancellation, Company will initiate refund of the amount paid by the Customer within 24-48 hours as per Customer’s original payment method.
  10. If you cancel the order before the order is shipped and refund is initiated, 2% of the total order amount will be deducted as refund charges.

Returns, Replacement and Refund

  1. If the order is canceled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including any shipping charges, if paid online.
  1. If you return an order delivered to you, order shipping charges will not be refunded.
  1. Our returns and exchange policy is subject to goods sold by Revive directly to you, with no exceptions for third party sales. All policy changes will reflect on this page.

Exchanged / returns and refunds are subject to the discretion of the Website Provider.

  1. All products for sale on the Site are made using natural materials (“Products”) and are not eligible for return for whatsoever reason, unless otherwise provided herein.
  2. All our products are made out of natural materials and hence the size, colour, shape may vary from product to product. No return, replacement or refund request will be accepted for the above reasons.
  3. Customer shall have the right to place a replacement or refund request, only in the following conditions within the time frame provided below:

(a) Product is received in damaged condition or mismatches / is different from the product ordered within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the Product
(b) Product or part of the order/accessories are missing within 24 hours from the time of delivery of the Product

No replacement or refund request will be entertained by the Company beyond the period provided in clause 15.

  1. Request for replacement or refund of the Products will be processed only if:
  • The request is accompanied by the order number, photographic proof that the delivered Product is damaged or missing or mismatched (“Defective Product”); and
  • The Product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer's box, MRP tag intact, and any/ all accessories therein) and without any damages.
  • A Product which is replaced once earlier, shall not be eligible for any further replacement.
  • Refund will be initiated only upon receipt of the Defective Product by the Company or upon confirmation of non-delivery by the Company.
  • All refunds will be made to the customers original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 working days to reflect in your account.

Note :In case, the Customer has received a refund confirmation E-mail from the Company and if the standard time-frame as mentioned has expired, and the Customer has still not received the refunded amount, the Customer is requested to contact his/ her credit or debit card issuer or bank for more information. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts or in cash/ cheque.

  1. This Policy (and any further guidelines incorporated by reference) shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  2. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore
  3. Company reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace the terms of this Policy by posting the updated terms on the Site.

COVID-19 Terms & Conditions


  • As per government regulations, we are now shipping both essential and non-essential items to all the zones (except containment zones) throughout India.
  • To ensure social distancing we will be only accepting prepaid orders. Cash on delivery option is temporarily suspended
  • We make sure all the products and packages are cleaned and sanitized to ensure safe delivery. We provide no contact delivery.
  • To avoid the spread of coronavirus, we will temporarily not be accepting any returns. However, you can be assured that the products will be of good quality and will be delivered with the utmost care.
  • With the existing restrictions, the delivery time may vary depending on your location. We appreciate your patience and understanding in this regard.
